How many kiwis should I eat before bedtime for better sleep

For better sleep, it is recommended to consume two kiwis about one hour before bedtime. 

Research conducted by Taipei Medical University found that participants who ate two kiwis nightly for four weeks experienced significant improvements in sleep quality and duration. 

Specifically, they fell asleep faster, with sleep onset latency decreasing by approximately 35.4%, and total sleep time increasing by 13.4%.

Additionally, the study noted improvements in sleep efficiency and reductions in waking time after sleep onset.

The sleep-enhancing effects of kiwis are attributed to their high levels of serotonin and antioxidants, which may help regulate sleep patterns and reduce inflammation
